The conference is scheduled to be held in Tehran on May 27, concurrent with the Islamic Republic of Iran’s 31st International Holy Quran Competitions.
According to Hujjatulislam Akbari, research and technological affairs deputy of the University of Quranic Sciences and Teachings and an official with the organizing team, Tuesday, April 22, will be the deadline for submitting papers to the secretariat of the conference, Tasnim news agency reported.
He said “role of Islamic movements in realization of Quranic civilization”, “Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS) and Islamic civilization” and “new Islamic civilization, strategies” will be among the topics of discussion at the conference.
Hujjatulislam Akbari added that 14 expert sessions and forums will be held prior to the main event.
He also noted that the conference is organized by the University of Quranic Sciences and Teachings with support from the Ministry of Sciences, Research and Technology.
