The copies all date back to the Qajar Era, about two centuries ago, IRNA reported.

The oldest one is a manuscript written in Naskh script by Abdullah ibn Muharir Ashuri in the year 1221 Hijri (1806).

Another copy was written also in Naskh by Hashem Esfehani in 1250 Hijri (1834).

It measures 5.9 by 5.6 centimeters and has 240 pages.

Ahsuri and Esfehani were both prominent Naskh calligraphers in the early Qajar period.

The Qajar Dynasty ruled Iran from 1785 to 1925.
