233 - أرواحُ الكُفّارِ في البَرزخِ‏

233. The Souls of Disbelievers in the Purgatory

764.الإمامُ الصّادقُ عليه السلام : إنّ أرواحَ الكُفّارِ في نارِ جَهنّمَ يُعْرَضونَ علَيها يقولونَ : ربَّنا ، لا تُقِمْ لنا السَّاعةَ ، ولا تُنْجِزْ لنا ما وَعَدْتَنا!¹

764.Imam al-Sadiq (AS) said, 'The souls of disbelievers are in the Fire of Hell, exposed to it, saying, 'Our Lord! Delay the Final Hour, and do not fulfil what You warned us against.' ²

232 - أرواحُ المؤمنينَ في البَرزخِ‏

232. The Souls of the Believers in the Purgatory

(وَلا تَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذِينَ قُتِلُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ أَمْوَاتاً بَلْ أَحْيَاءٌ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِمْ يُرْزَقُونَ) .¹

"Do not suppose those who were slain in the way of Allah to be dead; rather they are living and provided for near their Lord." ²

763.الإمامُ الصادقُ عليه السلام : أرواحُ المؤمنينَ في حُجُراتٍ في الجنّةِ ، يأكُلونَ مِن طَعامِها ، ويَشْرَبونَ مِن شَرابِها ، ويَتَزاوَرونَ فيها ، ويقولونَ : ربَّنا ، أقِمْ لنا السّاعةَ لِتُنْجِزَ لنا ما وَعَدْتَنا .³

763.Imam al-Sadiq (AS) said, 'The souls of the believers will be in chambers in Paradise, eating of its food and drinking its drinks, and visiting one another, saying, 'Our Lord! Bring the Final Hour, so that You may fulfil what You promised us.' ⁴
