رسولُ اللَّهِ صلى اللَّه عليه وآله : زَيِّنوا العيدَينِ بِالتَّهليلِ والتَّكبيرِ والتَّحميدِ والتَّقديسِ . كنز العمّال : 24095 .
The Prophet (SAWA) said, ‘Adorn the two festivals (‘id al-fitr and ‘id al-adha) with frequent chants of la ilaha illallah (There is no god but Allah), Allahu Akbar (Allah is the Greatest), al-Hamdu lillah (All praise is due to Allah), and with glorification of Allah.’ Kanz al-Ummal, no. 24095
