218. The Sign of Miserliness
734.الإمامُ عليٌّ عليه السلام : كَثرَةُ العِلَلِ آيةُ البُخلِ .1
734.Imam Ali (AS) said, 'Abundance of excuses [for not giving] is a sign of miserliness.' 2
735.الإمامُ عليٌّ عليه السلام : البخيلُ مُتَحَجِّجٌ بالمَعاذِيرِ والتَّعالِيلِ .3
735.Imam Ali (AS) said, 'The miser justifies himself by presenting [many] excuses and justifications.' 4
