Heritage of prophets

Abstract: Fadak was a village settled by Jews and a half of it was given to holy Prophet by a compromise between their residences with holy Prophet. It was considered as Fi so holy Prophet granted it to his daughter Fatemeh possessing it until the first caliph's era. After the demise of holy Prophet, governors revoking to this traditionة"we Prophets, never leave inheritance. Whatever we leave behind is Sadaghe )donation(", confiscated Fadak in favor of public treasury; though revoking to this verse to deprive Fatimeh from her right is debatable and questionable: it is against the clear and exact verses of Quran. The document of this tradition which is only narrated by the first Kaliph is not authentic, there are some possibilities about the content of the news which negate not to leave heritage by prophets.

Abstract: The importance of Quran interpreting methodology of Imam Bagher will show it's outstanding role when we become familiar with the anarchy resulted from different religious and non religious sects, such as Motazele, Morjae, Ghiyas, Ghollat, Khavarej,.. of his time.
