A man is tested in his actions and not in his sayings. H: 11026
ثَلاثٌ يُمتَحَنُ بها عُقولُ الرِّجالِ، هُنَّ : المالُ ، والوِلايَةُ ، والمُصيبَةُ . ح: 4664

إيّاكَ وكَثرَةَ الوَلَهِ بالنِّساءِ، والإغراءِ بِلَذّاتِ الدُّنيا ، فإنّ الوَلِهَ بالنِّساءِ مُمتَحَنٌ، والغَرِيَّ باللَّذّاتِ مُمتَهَنٌ . ح: 2721
Beware of too much passion for women and being seduced by the sweet temptations of this world, for passion for women is trying and being seduced by worldly temptations is humiliating. H: 2721
