1577. CORRESPONDENCE
5421.رسولُ اللَّهِ صلى اللَّه عليه وآله: رَدُّ جَوابِ الكتابِ حَقٌّ كَرَدِّ السَّلامِ .1
5421.The Prophet (SAWA) said, 'The reply to a letter is a right [incumbent upon one] just like the reply to a greeting (salam).'2
5422.الإمامُ الصّادقُ عليه السلام: التَّواصُلُ بينَ الإخوانِ في الحَضَرِ التَّزاوُرُ ، والتَّواصُلُ في السَّفَرِ المُكاتَبةُ .3
5422.Imam al-Sadiq (AS) said, 'The contact between brothers is maintained by visiting each other when present, and the contact during travel is maintained through correspondence.' 4
5423.الإمامُ الصّادقُ عليه السلام : رَدُّ جَوابِ الكتابِ واجِبٌ كَوُجوبِ رَدِّ السَّلامِ .5
5423.Imam al-Sadiq (AS) said, 'The reply to a letter is obligatory just like the obligation of replying the greeting (salam).' 6
