In this article, the author through a hadith – theological study tries to prove that there is no contradiction between the related traditions and the angels infallibility and their relative detachment from the world. He also belifes that there is enough document for this story to be proved.

Islamic Scholars, from early days of Islam, tried to establish criteria by which hadith works are evaluated.
As an example the disagreement between intellect and hadith as well as its requirements is one of these criterions.
The author of this paper presents some questions and then views these questions from different perspectives and finally tries to answer them. These questions are as follows:
