Allama Mohamad Taqi Majlisi in his book Rawdat al – Muttaqin – a commentary on Shaykh Saduq’s book Man La Yadaruh al – Faqih – utilized some rules of hadith scholarship which are the main concern of the present article. This paper deals with Majlisi’s methods, efforts, and follow – ups in interpreting the words with the purpose of having a better understanding of hadith. The author also points to application of Fiqh’s principles and rules and utilizing Ayahs and Hadiths as a characteristic of the abovementioned book.
