Call for 11th International Razavi Book Fest issued

The call for the 11th International Razavi Book Festival issued for over 2100 local and ‎foreign publishers which participated at Tehran International Book Fair 2018.‎

According to IBNA correspondent quoting from public relations and international affairs of the Organization of Libraries, Museums and Documents Center of Astan-e Quds Razavi, executive director of the 11th International Razavi Book Festival Qaisari Nik said that the call is intended to disseminate information to publishers and writers, and gather the works on Razavi [related to the eighth Shia Imam, Reza (A.S.)] culture.

The officials of International Razavi Book Festival have said they intend to promote Razavi celestial culture, foster the scientific, artistic and research activities related to the attitude, life and various aspects of the character of Imam Reza.

The event aims to identify, praise and support the producers and publishers of the best works of literature and art on Razavi culture in both terms of production and distribution.

The 11th Festival will introduce writings, translations and university theses about Imam Reza and his family on the occasion of his birthday anniversary and Fatemeh (S.A.). The event is coincident with Karamat ten-day celebrations to be held at the Organization of Libraries, Museums and the Documents Center of Astan-e Quds Razavi.

The festival has been scheduled for July 21 in the religious city of Mashhad. The deadline for submitting works to the secretariat of the event is May 31. More information is provided in http://library.aqr.ir/ketabsal.
