وَقَالَ (عليه السلام):
Amir al-mu'minin, peace be upon him, said:
لَيْسَ مِنَ الْعَدْلِ
There is no justice
الْقَضَاءُ عَلَى الثِّقَةِ بِالظَّنِّ.
in passing a verdict by relying on probability.
