وَقَالَ (عليه السلام):
Amir al-mu'minin, peace be upon him, said:
إِنَّ لله فِي كُلِّ نِعْمَةٍ حَقّاً،
Surely in every blessing there is a right of Allah.
فَمَنْ أَدَّاهُ زَادَهُ مِنْهَا،
If one discharges that right Allah increases the blessing,
وَمَنْ قَصَّرَ مِنْهُ خَاطَرَ بِزَوَالِ نِعْمَتِهِ.
and if one falls short of doing so one stands in danger of losing the blessing.
