وَقَالَ (عليه السلام):
Amir al-mu'minin, peace be upon him, said:
أَفْضَلُ الاْعْمَالِ
The best act is
مَا أَكْرَهْتَ نَفْسَكَ عَلَيْهِ.
that which you have to force yourself to do.
