وَقَالَ (عليه السلام):
Amir al-mu'minin, peace be upon him, said:
الدَّاعِي بِلاَ عَمَلٍ
He who prays but does not exert effort
كَالرَّامِي بِلاَ وَتَرٍ.
is like the one who shoots without a bow-string.
