وَقَالَ (عليه السلام):
Amir al-mu'minin, peace be upon him, said:
لِلظَّالِمِ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ ثَلاَثُ عَلاَمَاتٍ:
The oppressor among the people has three signs:
يَظْلِمُ مَنْ فَوْقَهُ بِالْمَعْصِيَةِ،
he oppresses his superior by disobeying him,
مَنْ دُونَهُ بِالْغَلَبَةِ
and his junior by imposing his authority
و يُظَاهِرُالْقَوْمَ الظَّلَمَةَ .
and he supports other oppressors.
