وَقَالَ (عليه السلام):
Amir al-mu'minin, peace be upon him, said:
مَنْ كَرُمَتْ عَلَيْهِ نَفْسُهُ
Whoever maintains his own respect in view,
هَانَتْ عَلَيْهِ شَهْوَتُهُ.
his desires appear light to him.
