وَقَالَ (عليه السلام):
Amir al-mu'minin, peace be upon him, said:
لَا يُقِيمُ أَمْرَ اللَّهِ سُبْحَانَهُ
No one can establish the rule of Allah, the Glorified,
إِلَّا مَنْ لَا يُصَانِعُ
except he who shows no relenting (in the matter of right),
وَ لَا يُضَارِعُ
who does not behave like wrong doers
وَ لَا يَتَّبِعُ الْمَطَامِعَ .
and who does not run after objects of greed.
