وقال عليه السلام وقد مرّ بقذر على مزبلة:
Amir al-mu'minin, peace be upon him, passed beside a dump of rubbish full of filth and remarked:
هذا مَا بَخِلَ بِهِ الْبَاخِلُونَ.
This is what the misers used to be niggardly about.
و روي في خبر آخر أَنه قال:
In another tradition it is related that he said:
هذَا مَا كُنْتُمْ تَتَنَافَسُونَ فِيهِ بِالاْمْسِ!
This is what you used to dispute with each other about until yesterday!
