وَقَالَ (عليه السلام):
Amir al-mu'minin, peace be upon him, said:
اتَّقُوا مَعَاصِيَ اللهِ فِي الْخَلَوَاتِ،
Beware of disobeying Allah in solitude,
فَإِنَّ الشَّاهِدَ هُوَ الْحَاكِمُ.
because the witness (of that situation) is also the judge.
