وَقَالَ (عليه السلام):
Amir al-mu'minin, peace be upon him, said:
مَاءُ وَجْهِكَ جَامِدٌ يُقْطِرُهُ السُّؤَالُ،
The dignity of your face is solid but begging dissolves it away:
فَانْظُرْ عِنْدَ مَنْ تُقْطِرُهُ.
therefore, look carefully before whom you dissolve it.
